Lawn Maintenance (Blowing, Trimming, Weed Eating, and Edging). Bi-weekly services in May through September will be a 35% increase during those months.
Payment for each customer’s service is conveniently billed they can pay by the week, or month with checks, cash, money order, debit card, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). The job will not be done until all paperwork is completed. For customers with weekly or bi-weekly service, this payment method is preferred.
Less than 5 services require cash, money order, credit card, or debit card information for immediate payment upon completion of work. Alternatively, you may set up a monthly billing account. You will be billed for the current month’s services approximately every two weeks or month of services. Payment is due always on invoice due date. To ensure prompt payment, we require your credit card or debit card information is on file.
If your payment is not received by the due date, we will charge your credit card or debit card for the amount on your statement plus a $50.00 late fee or 25% whatever is greater per month until paid in full, and a processing fee. Printed account activity is available upon request with a mailing fee. We send all invoices electronically.
A paper invoice if you are unable to accept an invoice electronically we can send it to you via postal mail.
Pricing mowing service is determined by the total size of your lot and the number of mowing services you request. If estimates are done online and when we arrive to do services if grass is over 9″ tall the estimate price rate will increase by 35% for a first-time service.
If grass exceeds 12″ tall the estimate price rate will increase by 50% for a first-time service.
Bagley Lawn Service is done weekly and bi-weekly throughout the season and automatically renews from season to season until you cancel. Bagley Lawn Services mows grass areas in the front, back, and sides of every yard. (Grass or weeds growing inside of beds will not be cut.) A line trimmer is used around beds, fences, and trees.
Please protect trees with a plastic tree guard, or we will have to trim 1” from the trees so we don’t damage them. All curbs, driveways, and sidewalks in the front yard are edged with a steel blade. When all the work is finished, Bagley Lawn Services is sure to blow clippings from sidewalks and driveways.
We typically do not offer biweekly Services during May through September if this is requested by the customer to do bi-weekly Services there will be a 35% added charge during those months.
Each Customer’s Assigned Mow Day Bagley Lawn Service crews mow Monday thru Friday and are in a designated neighborhood each day of the week, so each customer will be assigned a specific mow day. Although we assign a specific mowing day, the time of day your lawn is mowed may vary from week to week. Bagley Lawn Service crews sometimes work until 8 pm.
Customers are allowed to skip a week of mowing if necessary. Customers are not allowed to skip 2 or more consecutive weeks. Please note that our crews do not make the decision whether or not your yard needs mowing, so you will need to contact us to skip a scheduled mowing.
In order for a requested skip to take effect, get with us the day of be for we come out or within 24 hours before your services are due.
you must contact us at [email protected] or at 479-221-4460 Friday by 5 pm to skip a Monday mowing. Service will be resumed the following week.
Customers need to understand if skipped by the customer if we come out and the grass and/or weeds are over 5” tall there will be a 35% fee for the service. BI-weekly customers are not allowed to skip services other than no growth or being too wet to mow. Skipping Bi-Weekly services will be back out the fowling week.
Bi-weekly services are offered, but we do not recommend this service, especially in the faster-growing portion of the season (May – September). Your yard growth may vary due to a variety of conditions, watering and fertilizing schedules. We also will not cut the grass shorter than industry-accepted standards, which recommend only cutting 1/3 off the grass height each mowing.
Bi-weekly servicing lends itself to such problems and complaints as the following: grass clumps, excessive grass clippings, grass lines or ridges that appear that we skipped while mowing, and the appearance of an uneven cut in the yard. Unfortunately, we will not be able to send crews back to correct these issues or guarantee these services as we do on our weekly services.
You may cancel your service with us anytime you wish, for any reason, with a 30-day written notice for no fee. Please understand if there is a cancellation without notice there will be a fee of the contract or invoice value of 25% added to the last invoice to you. And Please understand, that if you do not cancel your service, we will return to your house from week to week throughout the season and from season to season until you cancel. All pets must be indoors and all gates must be unlocked on your mow day. If we arrive at your property and cannot mow the backyard due to a pet in the yard or a locked gate, you will still be charged. Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. Bagley Lawn Services is not responsible for lost or injured pets.
We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, and other items in the yard before our technicians arrive each week. Large items such as lawn furniture and trampolines will be moved, mowed under, and moved back. However, Bagley Lawn Services is not responsible for broken items or any injuries that result from the use of these items after they have been moved by Bagley Lawn Services.
If there is someone in the way of harm the machinery will be shut down before there is an injury to someone. Safety is 1st before anything; if you need to talk to us please keep a distance to get us to come to you. We do not need someone to come to our path of working, which is why we are wearing protection at all times for our safety.
We strongly recommend you protect your trees with tree guards to ensure their longevity since we cannot guarantee your trees will not be damaged.
Please do not water your lawn on your mow day. Wet grass will cause clumping.
We are the type of company where we rather delay than destroy anyone’s property. If a customer does not request we skip services we will proceed our services even while wet but we are not responsible for any damages done by our equipment during the process of service.
Unfortunately due to Nature, there are times that we can be delayed more than one week. With our regular customers depending on how delayed their services have been and how tall their lawns are some Services may be put on hold such as weed eating to get the grass maintained at a decent height with a few services so the grass is not too overstressed. Getting the grass back in order may take up to two to three services. This helps us out on getting your yard back in order because unfortunately, nature happens.
We always try to finish our routes, even on rainy days as long as there’s no lightning or heavy rain. If, however, we are washed out due to heavy rain, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we will service all remaining lawns the next business day after they were supposed to be mowed. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday. If there is standing water on the property or the property is too wet, customers must get with Bagley lawn services before services are done if customer falls to do so Bagley Lawn Services and/or the CEO is not responsible for any damages done to the property.
On weeks when a national holiday falls Monday thru Friday, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we will service all remaining lawns the day after they were supposed to be mowed- Using Saturday as needed.
Landscape estimates we have a minimum fee of $25 within the service areas. Outside service areas call for pricing.
All landscaping services will require 65% down for a project to begin. Once a project has begun on material buying or anything for the project there is no money back guarantee or refund available all projects and services payment are final. If the customer decides to cancel anytime during the project if it’s over halfway done the full amount will still need to be paid regardless of completion.
If the customer decides to cancel anytime during the project if it’s under halfway done the down payment amount will still not be paid back to the customer regardless of completion. All sales are final we do this because we commit our time and services to our customers for their projects so this is a commitment to follow through for us and the customer on completion. Once the project is complete we will get the final payments of the project.
